Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Yeliz The Studio, we stand by the quality and uniqueness of our pieces. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Returns must be initiated and approved before any item is shipped back to us.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@yelizthestudio.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. All store credits and gift cards expire after one year after the issuance.
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@yelizthestudio.com so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, fragrances)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)

Exchanges
If you'd like to make an exchange, the fastest method is to initiate a return for the original item (within 7 days), and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, regardless of the policy above, in compliance with EU consumer laws. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds

Approved returns may be eligible only for store credit or exchange, depending on the situation. If you believe your case is exceptional (e.g., item damaged upon receipt), contact us at contact@yelizthestudio.com for review. All store credits and gift cards expire after one year after the issuance.
