Welcome to YELIZ THE STUDIO! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YELIZ THE STUDIO, a Florida-based business operating this website and online store via Shopify (the “Services”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any linked policies (such as our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

We are not liable for unauthorized account activity.

2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to depict our products accurately, but cannot guarantee that colors or dimensions appear exactly the same on every device. All product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities per customer or region.

3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled. We may refuse or limit an order at our discretion. By placing an order, you confirm that it is for personal, non-commercial use.

Your purchases are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which allows returns only within 7 days of purchase and does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. PRICING & BILLING

All prices are in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and any applicable duties. You agree to provide current and complete billing and shipping information. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times are estimates only. Once a product is handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted only within 7 days of purchase and are subject to approval. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, and certain product types are non-returnable. All store credits and gift cards expire after one year after the issuance.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our Services are powered by Shopify. While Shopify enables our e-commerce platform, all transactions are made directly with YELIZ THE STUDIO. Shopify is not responsible for any claims related to your purchases.

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Shopify’s privacy practices. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described.

11. FEEDBACK

Any ideas, reviews, or other submissions you send us may be used by us for any purpose without compensation. You confirm that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or laws.
